Here at Victory Celebration Children’s Church, our goal is to equip children to be strong in the Lord. (Ephesians 6:10) God’s word tells us to train up a child in “The Way” they should go, and when they are grown, they will not depart from it.{The Way} (Proverbs 22:6) This is primarily the responsibility of parents, however, the church should be a significant part of their spiritual growth. We teach our children from the Word of God, and by example, to be the body of Christ, and imitators of their Father God. (Ephesians 5:1, 2) Children are learning to listen to and be led by the voice of the Holy Spirit. (John 16:13) Thru teaching, instruction, and demonstration, our children are learning who they are in Christ. They are being taught to resist fear and be led by peace. (Isaiah 55:12; John 14:27) At VCR Church, your children will not only be taught from the scriptures, but by example as well, the nature and ways of our Heavenly Father, Jesus our Redeemer, and The Holy Spirit, our Helper. (1Corinthians 2:4; Matthew 5:48; Galatians 3:13; John 14:26)
We use character puppets like, Mrs. Fuddle and her adopted brother, Francesco, Mel the Builder, Antonio Carmouche the Italian Chef, Heart and Mr. Bad. Children’s Church is a blast! We’ll see you Sunday!

Most of our teachers are parents and grandparents as well. First and foremost, God’s Word is taught here. Some tools and methods we use in teaching are as follows: examples, visual aids, props, demonstrations, skits, games, videos, crafts, activity sheets, and color sheets. You can rest assured that your children will be engaged in classroom activities that relate to the Bible. You can also rest assured that they will be in a trustworthy and safe environment.
Children’s Church is every other Sunday and most Wednesday nights. At present we do not have praise and worship in class on Sunday mornings, although we do most Wednesday nights. We know how important praise and worship is in the lives of believers. For this reason, we choose to keep our teachers and children in service on Sunday’s for praise and worship.
Children up to age 11 are invited to attend Children’s Church. Ages 12 and up are invited to youth group! Take a look at our youth group page for more information.
